An award-winning, social-first creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of 3–5 client accounts across home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands, acting as the main strategic point of contact
- Develop and own monthly social strategies, content plans and platform recommendations aligned with each brand's business objectives
- Lead client calls, presentations and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity
- Direct content production across shoots, creators, photographers and videographers in collaboration with the in-house production team
- Monitor and report on social performance, translating platform data and campaign learnings into actionable insights
- Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, creatively ambitious agency culture
Skills & Experience
- Previous agency experience is essential - strong understanding of account management structures, workflows and how agencies operate commercially
- Proven track record managing social-first content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and broader platforms
- A genuine passion for home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships
- Strong visual eye, natural sense of taste and platform-native creative instincts
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and moving parts simultaneously

Salary & Benefits
- £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience
