The role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Bid Manager to lead and manage high-quality bid and tender submissions across a range of sectors and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic bid leadership with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
As Bid Manager, you’ll play a central role in securing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. You’ll work closely with directors, technical specialists, operational teams, and external partners to develop compelling, client-focused submissions that showcase the breadth of Procter Street’s expertise and capabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to work on major infrastructure and construction opportunities across multiple industries, providing real variety and exposure within a growing consultancy environment.
