Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Knutsford for a Senior Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor (PM/QS). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion, including cost management, project scheduling, and client consultation. Key responsibilities include expediting project milestones, coordinating logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely project progression and resource allocation
• Skills in Inspection to assess and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in project or construction management are preferred
• Experience in commercial or residential construction sectors is an advantage
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Business development and networking skills are an advantage
