About the Role

Greg Secker is the Founder of a global education, trading, technology and philanthropy group, with businesses operating across trading education, SmartCharts software, AI, digital learning, events, and charitable projects.

The Chief of Staff works directly with Greg across business, personal, family, travel, household and project priorities. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their PA career who wants to learn from a highly experienced senior operator and gain exposure to a fast-moving founder-led environment.

This is not a slow, corporate admin role. It will suit someone who is organised, switched on, calm under pressure, and happy to roll their sleeves up.

The Role

The Junior PA will provide practical, administrative and logistical support to the Chief of Staff across both business and personal matters.

You will help with diary coordination, travel arrangements, family logistics, errands, research, office support, supplier coordination, and general administration. You will need to be comfortable working remotely, but also flexible enough to attend Hampton Court or nearby locations when required.

The role requires common sense, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make life easier for the people you support.
