VP / Head of Operations

Location: Remote (Europe / Middle East preferred)

Morgan Mace are partnering with a high-growth, performance-led DTC consumer brand generating c.$40M in revenue, with clear ambition to scale beyond $100M.

This is a founder-facing role for a commercially-minded operator who understands how to scale a business driven by performance marketing, product, and execution.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of the business — bridging marketing, product, operations, and finance.

You will work directly with the founder to drive performance, build structure, and improve decision-making across the company as it scales.

This is not a traditional operations role. It requires someone who understands how revenue is generated, how it translates into operational execution, and how to scale both efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive core business performance metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion, margin)
• Act as a key partner to marketing, ensuring alignment between demand generation and operational delivery
• Support P&L visibility, cash flow awareness, and margin optimisation
• Lead cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and operations
• Build structure and cadence across the business using tools such as ClickUp or similar
• Contribute to product strategy, including offers, bundles, and go-to-market execution
• Oversee operational functions including supply chain and fulfilment, ensuring they scale in line with growth (without being the core focus)

✅ Ideal Profile

• Experience in a performance-led DTC / eCommerce business
• Strong exposure to direct response / paid media-driven environments
• Commercially minded, with confidence working across P&L, margins, and KPIs
• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations
• Comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Strong executor — able to move between strategy and hands-on delivery
• Exposure to operational areas such as supply chain, fulfilment, or inventory, without being purely logistics-focused
