We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, strengthen international market presence and elevate brand visibility across the global luxury travel sector.

This is a rare leadership opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong luxury leisure connections across the USA and European markets, alongside experience within corporate and group business.

 What You’ll Lead:

·      Luxury leisure sales strategy across key international markets

·      Relationships with high-end travel advisors, consortia and agencies

·      Corporate and selected MICE business growth

·      Brand positioning and commercial performance

·      A high-performing Sales & Marketing team focused on excellence and innovation

·      This role requires a highly visible presence within the hotel, actively engaging with guests, clients and the team to drive commercial success and strengthen relationships.

·      The successful candidate will regularly represent The Hari through international sales missions, client meetings, networking events and industry engagements, promoting the hotel across key luxury leisure and corporate markets

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing within a luxury hotel environment

• Strong network within luxury leisure travel markets in the USA & Europe

• Proven success driving revenue growth and market share

• Deep understanding of the London luxury hospitality landscape

• Inspirational leadership and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, hands-on and results-focused commercial mindset
