Construction Manager – Data Centre (ELV)

Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
Duration: 6–8 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across ELV packages within the Data Centre project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor programme milestones and drive progress to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and project standards.
- Work closely with MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams throughout delivery phases.
- Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and client coordination meetings.
- Review RAMS, permits, and installation quality on site.
- Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, ICT, BMS, and Security systems.
- Experience working within fast-paced construction environments.
- Right to work within the UK and can start immediately
