My global FMCG client is looking for a proactive, highly skilled Category Development Manager to support their Global Travel business by delivering world‑class planograms, flawless product data, and continuous improvements to our space‑management tools and processes. - Location - London, UK
- Working model - Hybrid (1-2 days per week on-site)
- Contract length - 3 months with possibility of extension
⭐What You’ll Do
Planogram Excellence
- Build high‑quality, insight‑led planograms and product layouts for Global Travel customers.
- Use industry‑standard planogram software confidently — you’ve done this before in FMCG and know how to create space‑efficient, commercially smart outputs.
Product Master Data Ownership
- Own the full Global Travel product library, ensuring robust master‑data accuracy across all formats.
- Proactively source new product information by connecting with key Category Development and commercial stakeholders — you don’t wait to be asked.#
Innovation, Technology & Vendor Management
- Track evolving ways of working and emerging technologies that can elevate space‑management capability.
- Lead the relationship with the planogram software vendor, ensuring the team leverages the latest features, updates, and efficiencies.
- Provide feedback on functionality needs and identify opportunities to streamline how the Global Travel team operates.
Process & Tool Development
- Improve existing processes, templates, and toolkits to help the team deliver recommendations with greater speed and accuracy.
- Build new analytical templates and automated functionalities that support rapid, consistent planogram creation.
Detail‑Driven Execution
- Deliver planograms and product libraries with absolute accuracy and consistency.
- Enjoy the craft of space planning — from tidy datasets to perfectly structured visual outputs.
