Product Owner – London (hybrid working) | Permanent | £65,000 – £80,000 + bonus + benefits
My client, a global Financial Services firm is hiring a Product Owner to own and evolve its Teams Telephony usage. This is an end-to-end product ownership role focused on leading strategy, delivery and optimisation of their enterprise voice platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Teams Telephony roadmap (voice, routing, call flows)
- Lead Direct Routing architecture and optimisation
- Ensure high performance and SLA's met
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
About You
- Significant experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony & Direct Routing
- Background in unified communications
- Experience in high pressured enviornments
- Roadmap planning and backlog ownership should be demonstrable
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and be the bridge between tech and business
