Graphics and Communications Assistant

An established and highly respected design engineering consultancy is seeking a talented Graphics & Communications Assistant to join its dynamic team. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to high-quality visual and written outputs that support business development and brand presence. Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing maintenance and development of the company website
• Manage and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Organise and maintain the internal library of images and written content
• Assist in the preparation of bid and proposal documents, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy
• Provide diary and administrative support to senior team members
• Manage and update social media channels, helping to enhance brand visibility and engagement

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a graphics, communications, or marketing support role
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document formatting and visual presentation
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
