As Head of HR, you'll manage all aspects of the people function for the UK operation. You'll oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with UK employment law. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the company's culture and people practices as they grow, working closely with leadership and managers to support organisational development and ensure the business attracts and retains talented people.
