The Role

The Product Owner plays a key role in shaping and delivering a new, innovative B2B2C digital product within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within the financial services space. This is a hands-on role focused on translating client and business needs into a scalable, high-impact digital solution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define priorities, manage the product backlog, and drive Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise product features to maximise client value while ensuring technical feasibility
• Own and manage the product backlog aligned to stakeholder requirements
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Support scalable and modular product development
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
• Define data and personalisation strategy inputs
• Coordinate user validation sessions
• Manage releases, dependencies, and technical debt
• Work with technical teams on integrations and architecture

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of digital product development
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with digital tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience working within Financial services
