Their work spans sectors including Financial Services, Consumer, Energy, Infrastructure and the Public Sector.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting large-scale transformation and operating model programmes
- Working on strategic and operational improvement initiatives
- market entry strategy projects
- Contributing to digital, technology and data-enabled change projects
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across complex client environments
- Helping clients move from strategic design through to delivery
- Working across multiple sectors and a varied project portfolio
What they’re looking for:
- 1–4 years’ experience within management consulting
- Strong academic background and consistent career progression
- Experience within strategy, transformation, TOM or change delivery
- Individuals who are commercially minded, analytical and client-facing
