Programme Manager

We are seeking a Programme Manager to join a leading professional services organisation on a fixed-term contract to support the delivery of strategic business change initiatives across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and lead programmes focused on transformation, operational improvement, and organisational change.

Key programmes will include technology-enabled transformation across business development and marketing functions, including initiatives focused on pitching processes, operational efficiency, and the use of AI-enabled tools.

This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across multiple teams, and has experience delivering complex business change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of business change and transformation programmes across multiple functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define programme objectives and delivery plans.
• Drive organisational and operational change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Manage programme governance, risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management activity to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex professional services environments.
