A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Communications Senior Executive to join its London office on a fixed-term basis, providing cover for the final stage of a maternity leave contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional with experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or corporate environments to step into a fast-paced, high-profile role within an internationally recognised firm.
The Role
Working as part of a high-performing communications team, you will support the delivery of strategic internal and external communications initiatives across the London office and wider business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and delivering high-quality internal and external communications content
- Supporting firmwide campaigns, announcements, and leadership communications
- Managing communications calendars and coordinating key messaging across stakeholders
- Supporting media relations activity and liaising with external PR contacts where required
- Producing engaging content for digital channels, intranet, newsletters, and internal platforms
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across business services and fee-earning teams
- Ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice across all communications materials
- Supporting wider marketing and business development communications projects as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven communications experience at Senior Executive level (ideally within legal or professional services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
