Purpose of the Role
To support and assist the Retail & Leisure Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
- Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical sectors
- Preparing detailed reports
- Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
Working Relationships and Contacts
This person will be working closely with the Retail & Leisure Director of valuations on a daily basis with the key goal to complete Valuation work for a strong client base.
The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external client meetings to help build their own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.
Person Specification
Skills and Experience
- A RICS accredited Real Estate degree (Essential)
- Hold a valid UK Driving License (Essential)
- Report writing skills (Essential)
- Previous work experience within Valuation (Desirable)
- Previous experience working within professional services (Desirable)

- Team player
- Driven and energetic
- Approachable
- Independent and able to use initiative
- Professional with high standards
- Able to develop strong working relationships
- Strong organisational skills
