Associate Mechanical Engineer – Data CentresLocation: Offices based throughout the UK available for Hybrid or Fully RemoteSalary: £90,000–£115,000 + bonus + benefits If you’re operating at a senior leadership level within Mechanical Building Services and want to play a key role in shaping projects, teams, and client relationships within the Data Centre market, this is a fantastic opportunity. We’re working with a growing consultancy delivering major mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe, and they’re looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to support continued growth within the sector.Why this role stands outThis role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Data Centre developments while helping shape the future direction of a growing team. You’ll have real input into projects, team development, and client strategy, within a business that values flexibility and progression.What you’ll be doingYou’ll lead mechanical design delivery across large-scale Data Centre projects while acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams. Alongside project delivery, you’ll support resource planning, mentor engineers across multiple levels, contribute to business growth, and help maintain high technical standards across projects.Key requirements

• Extensive experience within mechanical building services design
• Strong Data Centre or mission-critical project background
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and engineering teams
• Comfortable managing client relationships and project delivery
• Strong understanding of UK and international design standards
• Experience using relevant design software including Revit and IES
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Chartered Engineer status preferred
