We are seeking a dedicated, reflective and enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for pupils with Autism.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a skilled and supportive team, supporting children with a range of needs to access learning, develop independence and thrive within both specialist and mainstream settings.

About The Role

  • Support pupils within the SRP and in mainstream classrooms
  • Promote communication, independence and social development
  • Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to deliver personalised learning
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including those with Autism
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with children with SEND, particularly Autism
  • Has a good understanding of child development and learning
  • Is patient, flexible and committed to inclusion
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Is committed to safeguarding and supporting children’s wellbeing
