  • Help define operational processes, standards, and ways of working

  • Support long‑term development and progression of team members
  • Be a visible, hands‑on leader on site

Member Experience & Community

  • Own senior relationships with members across studios, workspace, and offices
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive member issues
  • Be accountable for member satisfaction, retention, and NPS
  • Foster a strong, engaged creative community aligned with the brand’s ethos
  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Contribute to reporting across operational and commercial KPIs
  • Oversee invoicing, credit control, and payment processes
  • Support growth initiatives and revenue optimisation alongside central teams

About You

  • Proven experience in hospitality, members’ clubs, coworking, flexible workspace, or creative‑led environments
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong background in building operations or venue management
  • Bar management experience or knowledge preferred
  • Comfortable operating across multidisciplinary environments (F&B, studios, events, workspace)
  • Experience working in startup or scale‑up environments
  • Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by building something new

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Want to open and shape a flagship site from the very beginning
  • Are passionate about music, creative culture, and supporting creators
  • Lead with empathy and a hospitality‑first mindset
