Operational Transformation Director – Interim – 6 Months initially

Day rate: £700pd – £900pd

Location: Remote/Hybrid – travel expected

In this role you’ll lead a fast-paced operational transformation across a large, field-based housing business—shifting from manual to digital and delivering measurable results, fast.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, design and deliver a high-impact transformation roadmap
• Drive digital adoption and streamline operations
• Improve field performance, productivity and governance
• Lead change across senior stakeholders and frontline teams

• Clear roadmap and quick-win improvements
• Stronger KPIs, governance and operational insight
• Increased efficiency and reduced manual processing
• Defined future-state operating model

Requirements

• Proven operational transformation leadership
• Experience in complex, field-based environments – desirable
• Strong delivery of analogue-to-digital change
• Hands-on, delivery-focused style with exec presence
• Sector experience in housing, property, insurance, utilities or similar desirable
