Role Description
The Senior Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery of all aspects, including design, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination. This individual will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage resources, quality control, and timelines effectively. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting on-site challenges, maintaining safety standards, and refining processes for efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Well versed in stage, light, and sound production, as well as scenic design and fabrication
- Proficiency in team leadership, vendor management, and client communication
- Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance in event production
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of the global event industry and willingness to travel, if required
- Qualification in Event Management, Production, or a related field
