Overview

Eclectic Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor to join its growing team in Blackheath.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Family and Children Law experience
• Legal Aid experience
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

Desirable

• Children Panel Solicitors
• Panel applicants
• Family Solicitors with strong Children and Legal Aid experience
• Solicitors with around 3–4 years’ PQE who are not yet panel accredited are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Public and private children matters
• Divorce and financial remedy work
• Non-molestation and injunction applications
• Legal Aid matters
