PropSource Consulting are exclusively working with a multidisciplinary bespoke consultancy in the Manchester Area who are on the hunt for either an Associate Director or a Director to continue the growth of the business.
The team have gone from strength to strength and are continuing to grow, build on their existing brilliant reputation and encourage an environment of developing a great culture amongst the office and team.
The opportunity at hand is unique as there is a route to equity within the business, alongside all the other desirable benefits. Sector specialisms are open to discussion, however the current team are working on a project pipeline of residential, city centre, mixed‑use, commercial and a range of projects.
You must:
- Be MRTPI chartered and already working at an Associate Director or Director level in a consultancy environment
- Have leadership or mentoring experience, whether it be direct line management or supervision and delegating to junior members of staff
- Have a ‘can‑do’ and positive attitude
- Have proven revenue generation or a clear desire to get involved with winning work as a minimum
