Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
• Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Track and manage inventory at store

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of retail sales, from the food world
• Strong customer service, management and communication skills
• Store Manager – £ 37.000 for year
• Assistant Store Manager – £ 34.000 for year

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week, 5 days out of seven.
