Overview
Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health and neurodevelopmental services, supporting adults and children across both NHS and private pathways. As we continue to grow, we are moving towards a more outcome‑led Product Operating Model, where decisions are driven by evidence rather than opinion.
This is the first dedicated Product Analyst role at Clinical Partners and a key hire for the Product team. The Lead Product Analyst will establish product analytics as a core capability, shaping how we define metrics, instrument journeys, build dashboards, and use data to make better product decisions.
Our data landscape is complex and imperfect, with information spread across multiple systems. This role is about bringing clarity to that reality, creating pragmatic and trusted insight today, while building stronger analytics foundations for the future. You will work closely with the Director of Product, Product Managers, Design, Engineering and the Data team to embed analytics into how squads operate, support product strategy with evidence, and enable clearer decision‑making across the organisation. This primarily home‑based role requires occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration.

- Map key data sources and data quality issues across core journeys.
- Define clear, decision‑grade product metrics and guardrails.
- Support discovery and delivery with opportunity sizing, funnel analysis, root cause analysis and post‑launch evaluation.
- Help teams define measurable outcomes before solutions are built.
- Partner with Product, Data, Ops, Clinical and Finance to support unit economics and ROI analysis.
- Improve analytics tooling and instrumentation where it materially improves insight.
- Build analytics capability across Product by coaching PMs and raising data literacy.
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience in product analytics, with the ability to deliver insight from messy or imperfect data.
- Fluent in SQL and BI tooling, with solid data modelling knowledge.
- Comfortable working without perfect systems while designing better ones.
- Able to translate ambiguous problems into clear metrics and recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.
- Outcome‑focused, pragmatic, and motivated to build sustainable capability.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience building or resetting analytics capability in a scaling organisation.
- Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or operationally complex products.
- Familiarity with unit economics and experimentation in real‑world service settings.

- 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
- A day off for your birthday.
- Healthcare Cash Plan
- Benefits Platform
- Life Assurance
- Discount Vouchers
- Flexible working opportunities to suit your personal needs
- Opportunities to take part in charitable events
- Access to a Wellbeing portal and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
