Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on‑site activities to achieve successful project completion.
- Ensure industry‑leading health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to deliver planned works.
- Produce and monitor short‑term programmes aligned with overall project schedules.
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery of works.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar on‑site leadership role within construction.
- Strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Understanding and enforcement of robust health & safety procedures.
