Director/Associate Director Adjuster

Position

Director / Associate Director Adjuster – London/Southeast (Permanent).

Responsibilities

• Handle annual contractor policies and project‑specific placements across nominated accounts.
• Apply sound technical judgement and engage confidently with stakeholders.
• Manage material damage CAR claims and demonstrate knowledge of DSU claims and related policy covers.
• Partner with colleagues to drive quality, consistency and market credibility while supporting personal and collective development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional status – ACILA or working towards chartership; a building‑related degree preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence (Class A).
• Strong knowledge of CAR losses.
• Responsible and confident decision‑maker, works well with others, and manages own workload effectively.
