About The RoleAre you ready to dive into complex business environments and contribute to high‑impact recommendations that drive client success in the TMT space? As a Senior Director in FTI’s TMT team, you will join a leading TMT team of 25+ experts and will play a key role in formulating strategic recommendations and executing those for our clients (corporates, Private Equity and lenders) in the context of support in corporate transactions and business performance improvement/transformation. You will manage projects from business development and pitch stage to execution, leveraging experience in TMT (preferably media & entertainment). You will also have the opportunity to coach junior staff.
What You’ll DoAs a Senior Director, you will manage modules of a project or designated scope in client billable work, drive problem solving through data gathering and analysis, and independently develop insights and actions with a holistic view. You will lay out problem‑solving approaches, identify required analysis, and guide the team to deliver high‑quality outputs. You will communicate assignments and direction to internal team members, present findings to clients, and coach junior staff.
You will structure and present analyses/deliverables with limited support from the engagement lead. When senior team members are not available, you may cover senior roles and client interactions.
In addition, you will manage project module teams, identify time scales, and dynamically assign resources to meet deadlines. You will play a role in the career development of junior staff and support senior managing directors with commercial development of intellectual capital (white papers, thought‑leadership pieces) and client pitches.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; demonstrable experience in a professional services firm with focus on TMT; prior experience in telecom, media & technology, preferably media & entertainment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Business Administration.
