Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner

Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Business Partner to support financial planning and performance analysis. You will work closely with the Nordics leadership group as well as cross-functional teams to provide financial reporting and insights that drive the business decisions. In this role you will have an active role in helping to grow the business. You will be part of a high‑performing and proactive FP&A team who provide high‑quality data/insight and build effective business partner relationships to drive a positive impact on business profitability. This role will report directly to the Head of FP&A Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering & Decision Support
    • Support ad-hoc financial analysis/reporting for strategic decision-making
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
    • Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
    • Present results to senior management in business reviews
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Support month, quarter and year end closing processes
    • Assist with management reporting
    • Conduct variance analysis of the results and work with Functional Managers to report on business performance
  • Budget and Forecast
    • Assist in the preparation of the financial forecasts and the annual budget process
    • Advising and supporting internal budget owners
    • Calculate and input forecast & budget data into ERP system

We Are Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic quick thinker / problem solver
  • Commercial acumen with a keen curiosity to understand how the business operates
  • Knowledge in MS Office Excel/SAP/Tableau or OneStream is preferred but not essential.
  • Bi-monthly travel to Nordics
