The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of business analysis across large, complex projects within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll lead BA activity end-to-end, working closely with engineering, product, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing other Business Analysts while driving best practices across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading business analysis across multiple large-scale projects
  • Eliciting and documenting requirements as user stories and supporting artefacts
  • Leading discovery phases, scoping, and high-level design activities
  • Acting as the key link between customers, technical teams, and third parties
  • Supporting and mentoring Business Analysts, reviewing deliverables and providing guidance
  • Driving best practice across business analysis processes and standards
  • Working in Agile environments, managing backlogs and progress via JIRA
  • Analysing complex business processes and translating them into effective solutions
  • Engaging and managing senior stakeholders across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst role
  • Proven track record delivering across complex projects and programmes
  • Extensive experience in both high‑level scoping and detailed requirements analysis
  • Strong Agile experience (Scrum) and working with cross‑functional teams
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria (Gherkin), and managing backlogs
  • Experience working on API integration projects and analysing API specifications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to understand technical architectures and translate into business-friendly outputs
  • Experience within logistics, eCommerce, or delivery platform
