Test Manager

Test Manager – £400 to £420 outside IR35 – Leatherhead (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Please note: This is a 9‑month contract, and candidates must be able to commute to the office three days per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver end‑to‑end test strategy across complex programmes
• Build and maintain scalable, cloud‑based automation frameworks
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Drive regression coverage, quality gates, and continuous improvement
• Validate dashboards, KPIs, and analytical outputs against source data
• Own Test and Defect management using tools such as Jira & Zephr
• Produce clear test metrics and governance‑level reporting

Experience & Skills

• Hands‑on expertise in test automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Confident operating at senior stakeholder and governance level
• Practical experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test tools
