Our client, a leading global private equity fund, is seeking a high-performing and driven Investment Senior Associate to join their London team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
  • Take ownership of key workstreams across the deal process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction execution.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses, valuation materials, and investment memos for internal review.
  • Assist in the structuring and negotiation of transactions alongside senior team members.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and performance analysis of portfolio companies, working closely with management teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including Analysts.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), or a similar investment-focused environment.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting transactions and managing discrete workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with senior stakeholders.
