Join us as a Group Finance Business Partnering Manager at Thirteen Group!

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Group Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our Finance team. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from Hudson Quay. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance business partnering team to support our organisational objectives through effective financial appraisal support and high‑quality business partnering.
  • Provide expert input into business cases, strategic investment decisions and long‑term forecasting.
  • Deliver strategic financial analysis and insight to support decision making and drive business performance.
  • Co‑ordinate budgeting and forecasting across directorates to support alignment of resources to strategic objectives.
  • Advise on methods for improving business performance and value for money through analysis of financial positions and options.

About You:

  • You’ll hold a recognised accounting qualification, with significant post‑qualification experience.
  • A fantastic manager, with a track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Skilled in financial modelling, appraisal and scenario analysis, with expertise in evaluating complex financial data.
  • Someone who confidently handles complex problem‑solving situations, including the management of organisational change activities.
  • An excellent communicator who builds relationships and can effectively deliver learning sessions and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Experienced in financial forecasting and modelling the financial consequences of operational decisions.
