Job Description:

We are the UK regional team of J&T Express, committed to building an efficient, reliable, and well-connected logistics network. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a talented professional with industry experience and Chinese/English communication skills to join us and drive network development and operational excellence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Planning & Expansion: Develop regional network layout strategies, lead franchise recruitment and onboarding, and drive new site development to enhance coverage and last-mile delivery capabilities.
  • End-to-End Franchise Management: Establish and implement a comprehensive performance evaluation and control system for franchise sites; oversee daily supervision, inspections, corrective actions, and training to ensure healthy operations and mitigate risks.
  • Operations & Quality Control: Take ownership of delivery timeliness, issue resolution, and key quality metrics; coordinate customer service operations and respond swiftly to incidents and operational disruptions.
  • Policy & Cost Management: Execute initiatives within the approved budget framework from headquarters, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization.
  • Team Building and Development: Build and manage the regional network management team, drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements, and oversee target setting, performance evaluation, and talent development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics/express delivery industry;
  • Strong understanding of franchise network management or regional operations preferred;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills;
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (Chinese required for the role);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure;
