Position Title: Clinical Lead (Dual-Site)
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £23.00 per hour | 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across two adjacent care settings
- Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care delivery at all times
- Lead on care planning, clinical assessments, and risk management
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and clinical governance frameworks
- Lead audits, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for external professionals and families
- Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with senior management to drive service excellence
- Provide cross-cover to ensure consistency and continuity of care
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active PIN
- Proven experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within care
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice
- Confident in leading teams and managing clinical standards
- Compassionate, resilient, and values-driven
- Flexible to work 5 days over 7, including early, mid, and late shifts, with weekends on a rota basis
