About The Role
Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40‑hour per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. The role involves leading and inspiring your team, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and building strong partnerships with colleagues and families.

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
- Passion for early years education
- Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
