Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategy across our growing contract portfolio.

This is a high-impact corporate role responsible for shaping and delivering data-led digital campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting NHS partnerships while building and scaling our direct-to-patient and private healthcare presence across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting into senior leadership, the role will play a critical part in strengthening brand positioning, driving measurable commercial growth and embedding a performance-focused marketing function aligned to operational delivery and long-term strategic ambition.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Commercial Alignment

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives.
  • Translate commercial priorities into targeted B2B (NHS, commissioners, partners) and B2C (direct-to-patient and private healthcare) campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insight, reporting and performance recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for service-line growth, market expansion and brand differentiation.

Digital Performance & Growth

  • Drive measurable growth across digital channels, optimising website performance, paid media and CRM activity to increase high-quality enquiries and conversions.
  • Build and scale B2C acquisition campaigns to support private healthcare and direct-to-patient growth.
  • Deliver high-impact B2B marketing initiatives aligned to contract portfolios and NHS partnerships.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement through structured testing and optimisation to maximise conversion rates and user experience.
  • Own and optimise marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability, reducing cost-per-acquisition while scaling performance.

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen The Medinet Group brand across corporate, NHS and consumer audiences.
  • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to both commissioning stakeholders and patient audiences.
  • Lead the development of campaign assets, thought leadership, case studies and service collateral.
  • Support service launches, contract mobilisations and private market expansion activity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all communications.

Data, Insight & Reporting

  • Develop clear marketing performance dashboards aligned to commercial KPIs.
  • Translate data into actionable insight to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide structured reporting into leadership reviews and planning cycles.
  • Support commercial forecasting through marketing analytics and pipeline visibility.

Stakeholder & Agency Leadership

  • Lead relationships with external digital agencies, media partners and creative suppliers.
  • Define KPIs, governance frameworks and delivery standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, finance and clinical leadership to ensure marketing aligns with service capacity and mobilisation timelines.
  • Provide leadership and structure as the marketing function evolves and scales.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Significant experience in a Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent strategic marketing leadership role.
  • Proven success delivering high-performance digital marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience operating across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
  • Demonstrable experience building or scaling B2C capability within an established organisation.
  • Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, CRM and marketing automation.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets.
  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate insight into growth strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level.

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare or other regulated sectors.
  • CIM qualification or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Experience supporting service launches or private healthcare growth.
  • Understanding of NHS stakeholder environments.
