Senior Structural Engineer (Project Ownership)
£60,000 – £68,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + Progression + Chartership Support

We are a small but growing structural engineering consultancy with offices in the UK and overseas. We work on large-scale, multi-million-pound residential and commercial projects for well-known clients and are expanding our UK team.
The role enables you to autonomously manage projects from conception to handover, creating structural designs and calculations, and representing the business to clients.
Responsibilities
- Designing structures for concrete and reinforced concrete (RC) frames.
- Developing detailed calculations and design reports.
- Managing projects from cradle to grave, including liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Representing the consultancy in client meetings and site visits.
- Supporting the business through progressive responsibility and chartership attainment.
Qualifications
- Senior Structural Engineer (or equivalent) with relevant registration.
- Experience in large residential or commercial building and RC framing.
- Able and motivated to manage projects from concept to handover.
- Proficiency in architectural and structural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
