What you’ll do
- Ensure Supplier Fulfilment Levels are increased over time to allow regional supply chain teams to order and receive continuity of goods as needed.
- Forecast core lines and seasonal demand accurately to support availability and minimise waste.
- Manage supplier relationships by organising communication, meetings, knowledge, and data sharing to support core objectives.
- Maintain direct and regular communication with various head office departments, buying teams, and international colleagues.
- Work independently on projects with international colleagues and internal GB stakeholders.
- Represent the Fulfilment Team at national meetings and ongoing regional and head‑office conference calls, including presenting.
- Support Lidl’s operational understanding of processes such as goods‑in, pallet requirements, ordering routines, and time‑slot management.
- Analyse all relevant Key Performance Indicators and provide feedback on reports and variances to plan.
- Support management of supplier fulfilment issues in close coordination with buying.
- Carry out additional tasks as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
What you’ll need
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and other data‑analysis tools.
- Previous experience in supply chain, forecasting, or supplier management preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing the team in meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
