The Role

As the Graduate Trainee Advertising Executive, you will support the Brand Partnerships department in executing advertising campaigns and supporting the sales team with administrative and creative tasks. This entry‑level position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual eager to learn digital media sales and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and proposal preparation.
  • Assist in creating visually compelling pitch decks and sales materials.
  • Manage the input and accuracy of campaign data within our CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client assets.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
  • Draft informative and engaging case studies for completed projects.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience; recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in Google Slides and Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proactive self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, collaborative environments.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passionate about digital media and the future of entertainment.
