Role & Responsibilities:

As a Marketplace Data Executive (Amazon Account Exec), you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing Amazon Marketplace, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The business is scaling quickly, so the role offers huge scope to grow – perfect for someone ambitious who wants to evolve with the company.

There’s a real opportunity to take ownership of performance reporting, shaping what gets measured, how it’s presented, and how insights drive commercial decisions.

  • Working heavily with data & analytics – Analysing performance across revenue, traffic, and conversion, turning data into actionable insights
  • Owning and evolving reporting: identifying gaps, improving visibility, and presenting meaningful insights to senior stakeholdersSupporting sales growth through commercial analysis and opportunity spotting
  • Managing day-to-day operations of a major online retail account
  • Working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance
  • Processing and managing purchase orders and ensuring smooth operational delivery
  • Contributing to content optimisation and performance improvements

Skills & Experience:

This role is all about mindset and capability as much as experience – keen to hear from fresh grads, to those with a few years experience looking for a super charged career step!

  • Commercially aware – understands what drives revenue and performance
  • Confident communicator – able to translate data into clear, impactful insights for senior stakeholders
  • Hungry and ambitious – eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
  • Proactive self-starter – someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale‑up environment
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

Experience in retail/ecommerce and with Amazon (Vendor or Seller Central) is helpful but not essential.
