The role:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Development manager to lead the development of NPD and improve the existing range
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy
- Develop product concepts and manage the innovation pipeline
- Staying up to date with food trends and translate insights into relevant product concepts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, marketing operations and technical teams
- NPD experience within an FMCG environment
- Experience of developing a product pipeline
- Knowledge of the stage gate process
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive self-starter, able to work equally well whether part of a team or self sufficiently
- Organised and time management
- Commercially minded
