Block Property Manager – what's in it for you?
- £32,000 basic salary, rising with service

Your role as a Block Property Manager:
- Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio
- Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents
- Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs
- Ensure company hits service agreement levels
- Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholder
- Assist with the service charge collection
- Assisting with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants.
- Arranging AGMs
- Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts
- Serving Section 20 notices
What we're looking for from a Block Property Manager:
- Previous property experience essential – those with backgrounds in residential or block property management considered
- IRPM / TPI qualifications highly desirable
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter‑personal skills
- Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- Driving licence and access to own car is a must
