Apply for the EMEA Account Sourcing Manager — Sourcing & Procurement
Location: London
Job Description:

About The Role

Step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape and own the global sourcing strategy for a key client account within JLL’s Sourcing & Procurement team. You’ll be the trusted commercial voice in client conversations, leading end-to-end strategic sourcing across all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service lines and driving measurable value across the EMEA region. From RFP design and supplier negotiations to governance, risk, and sustainability, you’ll have the autonomy to turn complex requirements into clear outcomes. You’ll lead and develop a talented team, build strategic supplier partnerships, and act as a key influencer with senior client and JLL stakeholders. If you’re a commercially sharp, client-focused leader who thrives on scope, visibility, and turning strategy into delivery, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the global sourcing strategy for the account, owning delivery, performance, and outcomes across all Facilities Management service lines.
  • Represent JLL Sourcing & Procurement in client meetings, governance forums, and senior reviews — bringing insight, analytics, and credible recommendations to every conversation.
  • Drive the full strategic sourcing lifecycle, including procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis, contract approvals, risk management, and compliance reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sourcing team, ensuring country and regional Sourcing Managers deliver robust local sourcing plans aligned with account priorities.
  • Manage strategic supplier and framework relationships in partnership with the Category Management team, reviewing performance against agreed KPIs and unlocking opportunities for partnership and B2B growth.
  • Oversee supplier qualification and onboarding in line with JLL’s compliance, risk, and contracting standards, ensuring the supplier directory and capability mapping remain accurate and current.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting through the Jaggaer procurement platform, covering KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, supplier performance, and contract management for both client and JLL S&P stakeholders.
  • Drive transformation and continuous improvement activities across the account, including audits, transition support, training on JLL S&P tools and systems, and ensuring policies and procedures remain current and locally relevant.
  • Embed sustainability and D&I priorities into the account’s sourcing strategy, working alongside JLL’s S&P Sustainability lead and leading Voice of the Stakeholder activities with clear follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of IFM services and the EMEA supplier landscape, particularly for services contracts.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the analytical rigour to translate data into clear, confident recommendations.
  • Proven track record of leading negotiations and developing strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers across EMEA.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, credible with senior client stakeholders, internal leaders, and supplier executives.
  • Strategic mindset paired with strong project management skills — comfortable balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and teams.
  • Inspirational people leader who develops talent, builds high-performing teams, and brings out the best in others.
  • Hands‑on experience with e‑sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer (Bravo) or equivalent, with a strong grasp of sourcing procedures, governance, and risk management.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; an additional European language is a plus. MCIPS (or country equivalent) is desirable.
