Leadenhall Search is currently partnering with a growing boutique strategy consultancy to support the hire of a Manager within their London office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years, coming from MBBs, Big 4 strategy houses, Tier 1 or boutique FS consultancies.

The Role
This opportunity offers the chance to lead high-impact consulting engagements end-to-end, work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams, take ownership of complex strategic and operational initiatives, and play a visible role in the continued growth of an entrepreneurial, high-performing consulting firm that promotes early responsibility and clear progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project delivery across multiple engagements or workstreams
- Structuring complex business problems into actionable solutions
- Leading client meetings, workshops, and executive discussions
- Coaching and developing junior consultants
- Supporting business development, proposals, and client relationship growthContributing to thought leadership and broader firm-building initiatives
The ideal profile:
- 4–8 years of experience within strategy consulting
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, or broader commercial strategy work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading teams and managing senior client relationships
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term career progression
