We're hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing team in Newcastle, helping teams build, test and deploy modern software solutions for complex public and private sector projects.
Location & Type
Newcastle Upon Tyne, North East – United Kingdom. Permanent role. Security clearance S/C Clearable.
Salary
Up to £60,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Building and supporting CI/CD pipelines for development teams
- Automating cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Managing key DevOps tools and improving delivery processes
- Supporting cloud services, integrations and system monitoring
- Working as part of an Agile team to continuously improve delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible)
- Linux experience and scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Node.js or TypeScript)
- Eligible for Security Clearance (5+ years UK residency)
