Unified Communications Engineer – London – Hybrid – £60,000

We’re working on a confidential opportunity with a large, multi-brand organisation going through significant growth and transformation.

They’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to take real ownership of their telephony environment – driving stability, performance, and standardisation across a complex estate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and improving enterprise telephony platforms
• Managing SIP, call routing, dial plans and IVRs
• Troubleshooting voice and call quality issues
• Leading migrations, consolidation, and integration work
• Working closely with vendors and internal teams

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience across unified comms / telephony
• Exposure to platforms like Mitel, Teams, Cisco or Avaya
• Good understanding of networking for voice (QoS, latency, routing)
• Someone comfortable balancing BAU and project work
