Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid (4 days in our office in Ramsgate, 1 day from home when schedules allow)

Salary: £26,910 per annum + up to £6,000 performance bonus + EO profit share

Job Overview

You’ll deliver client installations as part of agreed projects, ranging from individual PC setups to full VoIP roll outs, using strong technical skills to minimise disruption. The role includes both remote work and visits to client sites, with attendance at pre and post implementation meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and implement solutions for clients as part of defined project work.
• Perform PC installations, VoIP roll outs, and other client site installations efficiently, with minimal disruption to the client’s business.
• Attend pre and post project meetings with the client.
• Deliver remote support and on-site installations as required.

Qualifications

This role requires at least 2 years' experience in a Remote Support or similar role within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of two up‑to‑date industry‑leading technical accreditations.
