Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve application issues across business systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Support application deployments, remediation, and maintenance activities.
- Follow SDLC and Agile practices in day-to-day work.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Required Skills
- Strong Java programming skills
- Experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, Spring Boot
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with SQL Server & Entity Framework (Code First)
- Familiarity with Docker & AWS deployments
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies
- Exposure to application remediation and support environments

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Good communication and documentation abilities
