Engineering Workshop Instructor / Assessor

We’re looking for a Workshop Instructor / Assessor to deliver high‑quality, practical training and assessment in a supportive, learner‑focused environment.

• Manual Turning & Milling
• Hand Fitting & Bench Skills (marking out, drilling, tapping, assembly)
• CNC Milling / Turning
• TAQA / CAVA (or equivalent, on the job training available).
• Level 3 Award in Education & Training (on the job training available).

What you’ll do

• Deliver engaging workshop-based learning
• Assess learner progress and provide clear feedback
• Support learners through tailored learning programmes
• Maintain high standards in Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Quality

What you’ll need

• Relevant Level 3+ sector qualification or time served experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for learner success
